Coho

Representing around 20% of farmed salmonids, coho is a key species in the Chilean aquaculture market. Building on our proven system for Atlantic Salmon, we launched an optimized automatic weight estimation and welfare monitoring solution for coho in 2024.
Development of our coho product

In close cooperation with Chilean farmers

The development of our coho product was carried out in collaboration with three of Chile’s leading coho producers. By working closely with them and gaining access to their pens and real-world farming conditions, we were able to create a coho solution that delivers highly accurate results for both weight estimation and welfare monitoring.

Precision coho farming

Our coho-specific technology delivers real-time, precise data on weight, growth, and 17 welfare indicators — from wounds and eye damage to deformities. With both historical trends and continuously updated insights, farmers can detect issues early, closely monitor weight and growth, optimize production, and uphold the highest standards of fish welfare.
